2010 JUNE 24 IS THE 400TH ANNIVRSARY OF GRAND CHIEF HENRI JOSEPH MEMBERTOU'S BAPTISM. THERE IS A CELEBRATION FROM 24 - 28 IN HALIFAX Celebration will be in the community from 17 - 26 | Consecration to St. Anne 
Oh Dear St. Anne, at this moment, I am truly pleased to consecrate myself to you. I am not worthy, because I have sinned so much and lacked love for your grandson, Jesus. But, I am your child. You will overlook my unworthiness. I turn to you with confidence, you love me. I consecrate myself to you, St. Anne, I offer my whole self to you so that you may offer me to Jesus, I offer you my past, present and future life, every moment, especially the instant I will be about to appear before my savior and my God. Be present then with the blessed virgin, your daughter, to prepare my soul for the fateful encounter with my beloved creator and Niskam. St. Anne, I have prayed to you and will continue to do so. Thank you for your constant and loving protection. As I proceed with this consecration. I am filled with joy and become more confident. I will never lack strength or feel lonely, because you will be there beside me, be like a mother, who guards her child tenderly. I love you. St. Anne, through this consecration I bind myself to you forever. I entrust to your care. All those I love so much: Dear members of my Indian Brook community, my family, my friends of today and yesterday, the members of SAL and the living and the dead. Bless all of us. Amen.
